How We Work

Every engagement at Krung Pact follows a consistent methodology. We begin with a consultation to understand the client's situation and objectives. From there, we define the scope, timeline, and fee structure in writing before any substantive work begins. Throughout the engagement, clients receive scheduled progress updates and have direct access to their named advisor.

We end each engagement by delivering organized documentation — whether that is a notarized instrument, a property transfer file, or a governance handbook — and confirming that the client has what they need to proceed independently. Our goal is not to create dependency, but to equip people and organizations with the legal foundation they came to us for.

All work undergoes at least two rounds of internal review. Documents are prepared in Thai and English where applicable, and all communications follow a bilingual standard.
