Built on Principle, Guided by Practice
Krung Pact has served individuals and businesses across Thailand with careful, well-organized legal support since 2011.
Back to HomeAbout Krung Pact
Krung Pact was established in 2011 by a small group of Thai-qualified legal professionals who saw a need for more accessible, clearly communicated legal services in Bangkok. The founding team had spent years observing that many individuals — particularly foreign nationals and growing Thai businesses — found the legal landscape difficult to navigate, not because the law itself was especially complex, but because it was often explained poorly.
The firm began with notarial services, helping clients prepare powers of attorney and statutory declarations for use in Thailand and abroad. As the practice grew, so did its scope. Clients who came for notarial work often needed guidance on property transactions, and business owners who sought advice on real estate began asking about governance and regulatory matters. Each expansion of services came organically, driven by the actual needs of the people we served.
Today, Krung Pact operates from offices on Ratchadamnoen Klang Road in the Phra Nakhon district — a location we chose deliberately for its proximity to key government offices and Thailand's administrative centre. Our team includes advisors with backgrounds in Thai civil and commercial law, corporate regulation, and property conveyancing. We work in both Thai and English as a matter of course.
Our guiding principle has stayed the same: present legal matters in plain terms so that clients can make informed decisions. We do not believe in overwhelming people with jargon, nor do we think legal counsel should be rushed. Every engagement receives the same level of attention, whether it involves a single notarized document or a twelve-week governance program.
Our Mission
To provide structured, accessible legal services that respect our clients' time and intelligence. We believe good legal counsel involves listening carefully, communicating clearly, and delivering work that stands up to scrutiny. That is what we strive to do on every engagement.
Our Values
Integrity
We are straightforward about what we can do, what it will cost, and how long it will take. If something changes, you hear it from us first.
Thoroughness
Legal work benefits from careful attention. We review every document, verify every detail, and present findings in a clear, organized manner.
Accessibility
Legal matters should be understandable to the people they affect most. We explain things in plain language, in both Thai and English.
Discretion
Client matters are handled with appropriate confidentiality. We maintain secure records and control access to sensitive information carefully.

Legal Expertise Rooted in Bangkok's Institutional Landscape
Krung Pact's location on Ratchadamnoen Klang Road places the firm within walking distance of Thailand's key administrative offices. This proximity is not just convenient — it reflects the firm's orientation toward the institutional and regulatory frameworks that shape Thai law. Our team has developed working familiarity with the processes at the Department of Business Development, the Land Department, and the Ministry of Commerce over more than a decade of practice.
For foreign nationals, Thai property law and corporate regulation can present unfamiliar structures. Ownership restrictions on land, the requirements for company director appointments, and the protocols for notarized documents intended for overseas use all follow specific rules that differ from those in many other jurisdictions. Krung Pact's bilingual practice helps bridge that gap — not by simplifying the law, but by explaining it thoroughly and in context.
For Thai businesses, the regulatory landscape continues to evolve. New reporting obligations, updated shareholder meeting requirements, and expanded data protection rules all demand ongoing attention. Our governance and compliance program was developed specifically to help companies stay current with these obligations without diverting resources from their core operations.
